FAQ:

Q: what should I eat if I’m trying to lose weight ?

A: Read the food section on my blog and try to eat around 1000-1200 calories of GOOD healthy food everyday, DO NOT count raw veggies or fruit calories:)
By good food I mean like no junk food, or deep fried, sugar filled pastries and stuff like that.
Eat:

  • yogurt ( low/no fat greek, organic )
  • oatmeal, (organic)
  • low-calorie, fiber-filled cereals
  • minestrone soups
  • Salads
  • A LOT OF FRUITS AND VEGGIES!
  • Rice cakes
  • Peanut butter (Not too much though because it is high in calories and fat, but good fats:)
  • Air-Popped popcorn
  • Egg whites ( very low in calories and amazing for you! :)
  • Grain Breads that are low calorie and Full of fiber

Here are some tips:

  • Snack on colorful fruits
  • Use mustard on sandwiches instead of mayonnaise
  • Walk A LOT
  • Eat breakfast!
  • Research, Research& Research!
    reseach certain foods and fiber and protein !
