FAQ:
Q: what should I eat if I’m trying to lose weight ?
A: Read the food section on my blog and try to eat around 1000-1200 calories of GOOD healthy food everyday, DO NOT count raw veggies or fruit calories:)
By good food I mean like no junk food, or deep fried, sugar filled pastries and stuff like that.
Eat:
- yogurt ( low/no fat greek, organic )
- oatmeal, (organic)
- low-calorie, fiber-filled cereals
- minestrone soups
- Salads
- A LOT OF FRUITS AND VEGGIES!
- Rice cakes
- Peanut butter (Not too much though because it is high in calories and fat, but good fats:)
- Air-Popped popcorn
- Egg whites ( very low in calories and amazing for you! :)
- Grain Breads that are low calorie and Full of fiber
Here are some tips:
- Snack on colorful fruits
- Use mustard on sandwiches instead of mayonnaise
- Walk A LOT
- Eat breakfast!
- Research, Research& Research!
reseach certain foods and fiber and protein !

A: I’m 5’3 and I weigh 136:)
