4 ingredient paleo coconut almond butter dark chocolate cups! (whew… that was a mouthful) *makes 4 big cups (need 4 muffin cups)ingredients: -8 tbsp melted coconut butter -2 tbsp almond butter -2 tbsp almond flour -4~6 tbsp dark chocolate (i used enjoy life brand)directions: 1. put 1.5 tbsp melted coconut butter in each muffin cup and put in fridge / freezer until firm 2. mix almond butter with almond flour and put a dollop in the middle of each cup 3. pour 0.5 tbsp melted coconut butter in each cup (so that it fills the sides of nut butter). put in fridge / freezer until firm 4. melt dark chocolate and spread on top. refrigerate until firm. 5. ENJOY! keep it in the fridge and take it out when you’re about to eat it! it’s better than reese’s cups. and trust me. Broccoli & Cauliflower Soup
INGREDIENTS:
1 onion, diced
1-2 tbsp coconut oil
2 crowns of broccoli, washed and chopped
1 head of cauliflower, washed and chopped
4 cups of low sodium vegetable broth, prepared
4 cloves of garlic, minced
METHOD:Saute onions and garlic in coconut oil for about 10 minutes or until onions are translucent.Add in broccoli and cauliflower, sauté until just tender.
Add 4 cups of low sodium vegetable broth and simmer until soft (approx 15-20 minutes)Place all ingredients into food processor.
Blend to desired consistency and enjoy.Garnished with broccoli sprouts, add some himalayan sea salt and freshly ground black pepper or corriander.

Simple and delicious!
